In May 2025, Xingyi successfully hosted the 16th International Flooring Seminar and the 2nd World Flooring Development Forum in Quanzhou, China.
The event brought together 220 flooring professionals from 30 countries, promoting global dialogue on construction innovation, material development, smart equipment, and key industry challenges.

Experts Unite: Hands-On Training & Global Insights
On the first day, experts from across the globe led live demonstrations, focusing on advanced application systems. These hands-on sessions allowed participants to deepen their technical understanding and practical capabilities.

A major highlight of the event was the launch of three innovative smart technologies from Xingyi, each designed to redefine modern flooring practices:

GX250 Multi-functional Surface Preparation Machine – engineered for stable, non-tripping operation across global voltage standards.
Upgraded “Smart Black Box” System – enabling remote-controlled grinders to operate autonomously with intelligent precision.
LevelEye & Scanflat Measurement Systems – delivering enhanced accuracy and digital control over floor leveling and site management.
These smart solutions drew strong attention and enthusiastic feedback, showcasing Xingyi’s leadership in driving intelligent, efficient, and sustainable flooring technologies.

The same day also marked the unveiling of the World Flooring Equipment Research Center, a joint initiative with partners from Canada and Germany focused on advancing high-performance, intelligent flooring machinery and global innovation.

The second day featured the World Flooring Development Forum, centered around the themes of Intelligence, Digitalization, and Innovation. Discussions addressed how emerging technologies like AI, smart grinding, and digital measurement are shaping the flooring industry’s future.

Focus then shifted to real-world international applications—from parking structures to industrial facilities—where experts shared insights on common challenges and region-specific needs.

The forum concluded with a keynote by Mr. Bob Liu, President of the China Flooring Association. He highlighted that the industry stands at a pivotal moment, driven by innovation and sustainability. He called on global flooring professionals to strengthen cooperation and build an inclusive, forward-looking ecosystem for the future of flooring.

The event concluded with a warm, dynamic international banquet. Under the theme “Gratitude, Innovation, Pursuit of Light”, professionals from around the world shared laughter, stories, and a collective vision for progress.
